News & Updates:
Pre-Order the New Album!
In 2013, I pulled off something pretty amazing relative to my own experience: I got friends from Boston, Buffalo, Central PA and eastern TX all together in one room for 2 days. We recorded 16 songs in approximately 22 studio hours live to analog with minimal overdubbing. That project, Another Man’s Treasure, became a reality when I teamed up with PledgeMusic and all of YOU showed your support.
Fast forward to Sept 2015 when I recorded three songs with Jim Whitford on bass, Mike Levesque on drums and Peter Case on Fender Rhodes and Hammond B3. A couple months later, our friend Gurf Morlix added some guitar. I got it in my head that this might be the beginning of a new album. Sure enough, the songs kept coming and I got more tracks recorded.
Now I want to share this music with you. In order to do that, I need your help. I’m once again teaming up with Pledge. I have a goal to release this album on vinyl and to hire a publicist to do PR. I have a modest goal of $15,000 to cover the costs. I’m gonna be touring in support of this campaign. I’ll see you at shows and play you the new songs. The recordings are awesome. You’re gonna love it.
Please check out the rewards and make your pledge today. Thanks in advance for your support, you are a superstar!Tuesday, June 28th, 2016
The Next Chapter Begins!

Beginning on July 10, Greg, the pickers and the dancing crowd will be found at Thunder Road in Union Square, Somerville, MA for Americana Sundays. Come out every week for a heaping helping of country, rock and honky tonk sounds to jitterbug, 2-step, polka and waltz to. Showtime is 7pm.Saturday, March 20th, 2016
The End of a Chapter
It is bittersweet to announce that March 21st & 28th, 2016 will be the last two Americana Mondays for the foreseeable future. Since July 2013, Greg has hosted this weekly event, moving it to PA's Lounge in October 2013.
What started with the desire to have a weekly gig at home has turned into a bona fide community of musicians, dancers and drinkers. Music lovers all. After the March 28th finale, Greg will take some time to travel and pursue other performing opportunities. Friends will want to check the shows page here at Klyma.com for occasional announcements of Americana Monday special events. We will also let you know should we find a new home for the community to gather.
PT at Large has posted a great write-up about Greg and Americana Mondays. READ IT HERETuesday, February 9th, 2016

Back in the Studio
Greg has started the process of recording a follow up to Another Man's Treasure. Earlier today he was at 37' Productions in Rockland, MA recording a few tracks with Jim Whitford on bass, Mike Levesque on drums and Peter Case on Hammond B3 and Fender Rhodes. With no hard deadline, Greg's hope is to have basic tracking completed sometime in 2016 with possible release late in that year.Sunday, July 26th, 2015

Take Down Your Flag
After the killings of nine black church members by a white gunman at Emmanuel AME in Charleston, SC, folk singer-songwriter Peter Mulvey tried to make sense of the massacre by talking about the event with other musicians. Greg contributed a verse to Peter's living song, “Take Down Your Flag,” and performed it at this year's Moccasin Creek Festival. If you're moved to do so, donate to the fund for the victims at Mother Emanuel Church. You can do so at:

“I Walk Like This”
Variety - The Children's Charity of Buffalo & Western New York, Tent 7 - is a tradition of helping children from all over Western New York. In 2013, Greg's niece, Emily Grace, was the Variety Kids celebrity child. Emily and her Uncle Greg sang “I Walk Like This” during the telethon broadcast. Their performance was a huge success and, as you can see for yourself, a heartwarming moment.
After singing this song on the telethon, people kept asking Emily's Uncle Greg where they could get a copy of his song. That inspired this fundraising idea. You may get a copy of the song in 320MP3 format RIGHT HERE! $2 from every download will be put into a fund to be presented to Variety.
Emily Grace was born 3 months premature in March of 2007. She was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. Four years later it was learned that she qualified for a procedure that would help make it possible for her to achieve her dream - to walk. It was Emily's dream that inspired “I Walk Like This.”Tuesday, February 26th, 2013
